PURPOSE: Folding structure of a rear seat back is provided to fold and return the rear seat back easily by using little force with applying a return spring to a hinge turning point for folding the rear seat back. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat back folding system is composed of a couple of center hinge brackets(10) installed in a floor panel(30), and left and right hinge brackets(20) installed in a frame of a rear seat back. A pin hole is formed in a vertical installation end(16) of the center hinge bracket, and a pin hole(28) is formed in a vertical plate(26) of the hinge bracket. A hinge pin(40) is inserted to the pin hole, and installed with a return spring(100) to apply restoring force of the return spring to the left and right hinge brackets. The end of the return spring is fitted to a fixing groove(42) of the hinge pin, and the opposite end is fixed in a latch of the hinge bracket. The rear seat back is returned conveniently by folding with using the return spring.
