PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin-coated electric wire excellent in electric characteristics such as a dielectric constant or an attenuation amount, allowing extrusion, drawing and heating/baking even if a PTFE resin coating layer has a high porosity, and to provide a manufacturing method for the fluororesin- coated electric wire and a manufacturing method for an auxiliary molding block for the fluororesin-coated electric wire. SOLUTION: This fluororesin-coated electric wire has a core conductor 12 positioned at the center, an inner layer-side polytetrafluoroethylene resin-coating layer 14 coating the periphery of the conductor 12, and an outer layer-side fluororesin-coating layer 16 coating the periphery of the inner layer-side polytetrafluoroethylene resin-coating layer 14. The inner layer-side polytetrafluoroethylene resin-coating layer 14 contains a pore forming agent. The inner layer-side polytetrafluoroethylene resin-coating layer 14 becomes porous by action of the pore forming agent when it is heated and baked.
