PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing picture which can easily be recognized with eyes by installing a picture layout selection part for retrieving a picture from accumulated data, selecting a specified picture and selecting the layout of the print outputs of a segmented picture obtained by segmenting the arbitrary part of the photographing picture and enlarging it and the whole picture. SOLUTION: A picture segment window operates a control part 10 by an operation part 12, reads an arbitrary picture from an accumulation part 13, displays the picture on a display part 11 and displays it on the photographing picture displayed on the display part 11. The picture segment window can be moved to the arbitrary position of the photographing picture displayed on the display part 11 and it segments the picture of the arbitrary position in the photographing picture from the accumulation part 13 and displays the segment picture on the display part 11. The size of the picture segment window is changed by repeating the operation. The size of the picture segmented from the accumulation part 13 is also changed and an enlarged picture is displayed on the display part 11.
