Head lamp mounting has glass (1) with edge (9) cooperating with internal shoulder (10) of end of collar (6); reflector (2) butting its edge against corresponding edge of glass, and attachments for fixing glass and reflector in collar. Reflector has, on its periphery, flexible hooks (15) cooperating with internal fold (13) at end of collar opposite to end having internal shoulder. Reflector is made from a molded plastic material, and hooks are formed in reflector molding. Glass has extension (12), and reflector is terminated in throat (11) in which glass extension fits.
