PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table and wall clock capable of being used as a wall clock by stably disposing as a table clock. SOLUTION: A front frame 1 and a rear frame 2 are butted against each other through a waterproofing packing 3 and coupled. A time display unit 4 and a timer 5 are arranged in the frame 1. A clock supporting frame 10 is coupled to a back surface of the frame 2 through a waterproofing packing 9. A leg 10b is integrally extended from the frame 10 toward a downward direction, and a latch part 10c is integrally extended toward an upward direction. Lower ends of the frame 1 and the leg 10b are provided at an interval in the innermost direction, and provided so that the lower end of the leg 10b is disposed slightly upper than the lower end of the frame 1.
