PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration proof, by applying a formation having mounting parts for mounting and fixing a driving device on a circuit board arranged on the back in the state where a rotary shaft is penetrated and an abutting part abutting on the circuit board. SOLUTION: A driving device M comprises a coil bobbin 3, a pair of coils 4, 5, a shield case 6 or the like. The coil bobbin 3 is formed by combining first and second bobbin half bodies 31, 32, and a rotor magnet 2 is wound rectangularly in its hollow part, and four terminal mounting parts functioning as winding guides at the time of coil 4, 5 winding and winding guide parts 34 are formed on the second bobbin half body 32. Flange-shaped mounting parts 35 abutting on a circuit board 8 are formed on the winding guide parts 34. The other pair of the winding guide parts 34 where the mounting parts 35 are not formed are elongated to the circuit board 8 side to form an abutting part 37 abutting on the circuit board 8. The driving device M is mounted and fixed on the back of the circuit board 8 through each mounting part 35 and the abutting part 37 so that a rotary shaft 1 is penetrated to the front side.
