PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage drying processor which can dry and process garbage without smashing it at low temperature. SOLUTION: A sealed circulation air duct 7, which includes a processing container 4 capable of holding garbage, a blower 5 forming an air current ventilating to the processing container 4, and a condenser 6 condensing the moisture contained in the air current by the blower, is constituted in the interior which can be opened and closed by a sealing cover 2, and only the condensing section 14 of the condenser 6 fronts on the sealed circulating air duct 7, and a cooling fan 17, which cools the condensing section 14 from outside by a sucked air current, is provided adjacently.
