PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To organize a system being optimum for the machine of a user by providing a shared memory control means for controlling an operation concerning a shared memory in accordance with a request from a motion control means or a sequence control means and providing an open bus for general purpose. SOLUTION: The shared memory 109 exchanges data between a sequence control processor 101 and a motion control processor 106. The motion control processor 106 is connected to the shared memory 109 by the shared memory bus of the processor 106. Then a shared memory control means 111 executes control concerning which one of the processor bus 110 and the general purpose open bus 104 of the motion control processor 106 the shared memory 109 selects to execute response. Then accessing is performed from the processor 106 to the shared memory 109 and also from the processor 101 to the shared memory 109.
