摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a use permitted region of the remaining capacity of a battery by computing the remaining capacity of the battery and detecting that a memory effect has been generated, determining a use permitted region of the remaining capacity of the battery and controlling the quantities of charging and discharging. SOLUTION: A battery' remaining capacity computing part 91 for computing the remaining capacity of a battery is composed of a deciding voltage map 91a, a deciding voltage setting part 91b, a remaining capacity correcting part 91c, and a current integrating part 91d. The integrating part 91d integrates the current of charge and discharge detected by a current sensor and computes the remaining capacity of the battery. The correcting part 91c decides whether a battery voltage detected by a voltage sensor is a deciding voltage, and corrects the remaining capacity of the battery on the basis of the decided result. A charge discharge control part 92 determines chargeable or dischargeable quantity from the remaining capacity of the battery computed by the computing part 91, for an assist/regeneration control part 42, and permits assists or regeneration. Consequently, widening of a use permitted region of the remaining capacity of the battery becomes feasible.
