PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect data en bloc and in sequence from all data terminal without labor or time required by inhibiting the answers to the calls given from a data collector as long as the collector is collecting data. SOLUTION: Each of measurement data terminals 1, 3 and 5 receives a retrieval binary code from a handy terminal 7, compares this binary code with its own identification binary code and sends this identification binary codes back to the terminal 7 as an answer signal, when both binary codes are partly or totally match with each other. The terminals 1-5 also transmit their stored measurement data, in response to the instructions of the terminal 7. Furthermore, each of terminals 1, 3, 5 inhibits replying of its own identification binary code for a set time needed for the end of collection of measurement data sent from other terminals after all terminals arc once specified, even if its own identification binary coding matches with the received retrieval binary codes sent later.
