PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by varying a fire judgement level according to rise patterns of, temperature, smoke density, etc. SOLUTION: A reference memory is stored beforehand with time-series patterns A, B, and C of temperature, smoke density, etc., and fire judgment levels DA, DB, and DC while they are made to correspond to each other and a measured value memory is stored with detected temperature and smoke density in time series. The time-series pattern A, B, or C approximating the temperature and smoke density stored in the measured value memory is retrieved from the reference memory and the fire judgment level DA, DB, or DC corresponding to the retrieved judgment pattern A, B, or C is set as a fire judgment level DA, DB, or DC for judging the output of a fire signal.
