PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously simplify a cooling system of a first wall and a cooling system of a blanket container, to effectively remove a heat of a heat load from a plasma by the wall, to further allow a cooling material gas to uniformly flow through a neutron multiplying material and a tritium breeding material, and to simultaneously recover the generated tritium. SOLUTION: In the first wall/breeding blanket 1, a structural material of a first wall/breeding blanket is an SiC/SiC composite material cooled with a gaseous coolant, a channel 4 is provided in the first wall confronted with a plasma to distribute the coolant, and a porous wall 6 is provided on a back surface of the first wall so that the coolant flows into a neutron multiplying material/tritium breeding material area in a container through the wall 6. The channel 4 for distributing the coolant in the first wall is formed of a plenum 5 formed on a back surface folded from one end of the channel of a front side and connected.
