A thermoplastic resin composition comprising an olefin copolymer ( 99 - 1 wt.% ) and a thermoplastic resin (1 - 99 wt.% ). The olefin copolymer has a tensile strength at break as measured in accordance with JIS K 6251 of 2.0 MPa or lower. A resin composition obtained by blending the olefin copolymer with a polypropylene resin having a 20 degreesC -xylene soluble content of olefin copolymer of 20 wt.% or lower, exhibits a tensile elongation at break, EB (%) , as measured in accordance with JIS K 6251 that satisfies the following relationships.
