FLOOR DECORATION MATERIAL UTILIZING PET FILM AND PRODUCTION SAME

PURPOSE: A laminated floor material having PET film layer at top surface is provided to accomplish more smooth and softer surface of floor material by means of PET film layer having decoration pattern onto it. CONSTITUTION: A floor material laminated with PET film layer(27) is particularly constructed of PET film layer(27) directly laminated onto vinyl chloride resin layer(40) to maintain printed pattern then effect vividness and reality of the printed pattern. The PET film can be applied with thermal hardening agent including UV treating agent to obtain more smooth and softer feels for the flooring material. The PET film layer(27) is primer treated by acrylic resin containing cross-linking agent or corona arc processing, and during the printing process, print pattern can be formed with ink comprising adhesive component.
