PURPOSE: A heater is provided to be comfortable for passengers and to uniformly maintain an indoor temperature. CONSTITUTION: A duct(11) is formed by installing a cover(10) in a combined portion between a floor(5) and a side panel(8'). A heater core(1) is arranged inside the duct(11). The heater core is connected with a heater pipe(4). A blower(12) is installed in the center of a bus to blow air to the duct(11). The heater pipe(4) is connected with an engine. Grills(13) are installed in the duct(11) to discharge heat exchanged air into the vehicle. Indoor air is circulated by opening a damper(15) in a circulating hole(5"). External air is sucked into a housing(14) by opening a damper(15') in an inlet hole(8"). In operating a heater, a temperature inside the vehicle is uniformly raised by simultaneously discharging through the uniformly arranged grills(13).
