PURPOSE: A lamp device is provided to change illuminating area by rotating a lamp on the bottom of a microwave oven as a hood. CONSTITUTION: A lamp device comprises a lamp housing(12) concavely formed from the bottom of a microwave oven as a hood; and a lamp box(20) rotatively supported inside the lamp housing by a supporting pin(26) in a regular direction. The lamp box contains a lamp illuminated by power. The lamp box is rotated in the lamp housing so that a user adjusts the illuminating area of the lamp as needed. Furthermore, stoppers(14a,14b) are molded in the lamp housing to make the lamp box rotate within a regular angle.
