PURPOSE: A ground structure is provided to supply a simpler ground structure to a printed circuit board inside a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A ground structure comprises a printed-circuit-board(20) mounted on an inner side of a microwave oven; a board base(22) as an insulator installed to an outer side of the board; a chassis of the microwave oven(26) established on an outer side of the board base; and a ground connecter(24) of a plate shape grounded to the chassis by being fixed due to a screw(28) and the chassis while one side engages with the printed-circuit-board electrically and the other side lays the board base with a gap. Thereby, the ground structure is composed as a simpler structure and a process fixing the chassis is not missed to improve a safety.
