PURPOSE: A chassis assembling and disassembling structure for an image display apparatus is provided to easily assemble a chassis of the image display apparatus for thereby reducing the working time taken for assembling and disassembling, and to effectively process the back surface of a printed circuit board and change the design thereof by separating only a bottom cover and an interface rear cover. CONSTITUTION: A guide long hole(2) is formed at both sides of a bottom shield(1). A support projection(4) inserted into the guide long hole(2) is formed at both sides of a main bracket(3) connected to the upper portion of the bottom shield(1). A plurality of fixing parts(8) are formed at both sides of a bottom cover(7) connected to the lower portion of the bottom shield(1). A main printed circuit board(11) having an interface printed circuit board(10) is mountably connected to the upper portion of the main bracket(3). An interface front cover(12) and an interface rear cover(13) are connected respectively to the front and rear direction of the interface printed circuit(10) mounted at the upper portion of the main printed circuit board(11).
