<p>An arm support portion and a work surface portion are independently mounted on a base portion for adjustment relative to one another. The arm support and work surface portions are adjustable in up/down, tilting left/right and tilting forward/backward directions. An inflatable/deflatable pneumatic bellows may perform the adjustment function mechanism. Being individually inflatable, the bellows permit great freedom of adjustment for the arm support and the work surface. One or more air valves permit air to enter and exit each bellows individually for individual adjustment. Releasing the valve stops expansion or contraction of each bellows, so the arm support or work surface is held in the desired position. A spring biasing member may bias the arm support or work surface away from the base to make adjustments easier.</p> |
