The holder (A) has at least two pick-up elements (10) and vertically movable support elements (6) possessing at least one peripheral element (7). On the top rim of the container side walls (8) are thrust elements (9) spaced apart from each other. When the holder is lowered over the container (C), the support elements rest on the thrust elements. The support elements are on the same horizontal plane and are synchronously and horizontally movable onto the thrust elements. The support elements are movably connected by parallelogram links (4) to the holder by means of a first (2) and second (5) vertical support.
