PURPOSE: A device for setting a driving voltage and a clock of a CPU is provided to set up the driving voltage and the clock variably by a simple key-input. CONSTITUTION: A diver voltage and a clock setup device of CPU by a key-input comprises a keyboard control part(10), a marginal circuit part(20), a multiplexor(30,50), a beeper(41), an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(61), a voltage control part(70), and a power supply part(90). The keyboard control part(10) outputs a digital value, corresponding to the input of the special key for the driver voltage and the clock setup of CPU(80), and determines whether supplying the power or not. The marginal circuit part(20) generates the clock reset signal for the clock setup. The multiplexor(30,50) keeps the digital value on the EEPROM(Electrically Erasable and programmable ROM). The beeper(41) outputs an audible sound by the work of the beeper driver(40) when saving the digital value on the EEPROM. The LED(61) visibly displays the clock value, corresponding to the saved digital value, by the work of the LED driver part(60). The voltage control part(70) outputs the settled driver voltage corresponding to the digital value. The power supply part(90) services the electric power.
