PURPOSE: The method for routing a signaling message in a NO.7 signaling network is provided to disperse signaling traffics to all available signaling paths by carrying out message routing toward adjacent signaling points using a path selection history corresponding to the link selection data of a signaling message and path selection data updated according to a load share rate, in case that a plurality of available signaling paths exist in each signaling point of a NO.7 signaling network. CONSTITUTION: If an MTP(Message Transfer Part) level-2 transmits a message received from a previous signaling point to an MTP level-3(S41), a message discrimination part in the MTP level-3 analyzes the received message and confirms whether the final destination of the message is its local office(S42). If the final destination of the message is not the local office, the message discrimination part transmits the message to a message routing part(S43). The message routing part searches a path selection history corresponding to the link selection data of the message(S44) and confirms whether the path selection history has ever carried out routing processing for the link selection data(S45). If the path selection history has carried out routing processing, the message routing part executes routing processing to a signaling path corresponding to the path selection history(S46). The message routing part increases a message routing count value for the presently routing-processed signaling path by '1'(S49). The message routing part checks whether the increased message count value is equal to a given threshold(S50).
