PURPOSE: An automatic flow rate control valve device is provided to achieve the effective utilization of space by eliminating an additional space for the installation of a refill water tank. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a main body having a water inlet(11) formed at the lower end of the main body, a direct water inlet(13) formed inside the upper end of the main body and a water outlet(12) formed at the external end so as to pack-coupled to a supply pipe(14); an open/shut-off member(20) mounted in such a manner as to conceal the upper portion of the direct water inlet of the main body and which is transformed/restored by the pressure of direct water; a cylindrical valve(30) positioned onto the open/shut-off member and having a magnetic member(31) arranged at the upper end of the cylindrical valve and a pressing member(32) arranged at the lower end of the cylindrical valve; a lower cover(40) having the cylindrical valve inserted into the lower cover and forming a spring insertion hole(42) formed inside the upper center of the lower cover; an adjusting member(90) loaded into the upper cover and inserting the cylindrical valve into the central portion of a cylindrical magnetic member(91); and an upper cover(50) to which a pressure reducing diaphragm(51) is coupled by a packing so as to form a pressure reduction chamber(52).
