PURPOSE:To effectively utilize incineration ash and to obtain ceramic small lumps appropriate as the raw material for a roadbed constructing material, a water-permeable brick, etc., by removing impurities from the raw incineration ash, drying and calcining the ash to make it ceramic and crushing the obtained ceramic lump. CONSTITUTION:When the received raw incineration ash is slurried because of its high water content, the ash is dehydrated, and the impurities such as metals and plastic pieces are removed from the ash. The ash is then dried, calcined and made ceramic to obtain a ceramic lump. The lump is crushed by a roll crusher, etc., and ceramic small lumps are obtained. By this method, the amt. of municipal waste to be used in reclamation is minimized, and conversely the municipal incineration ash which has been used in reclamation is converted to a building material, a constructing material, etc. |
