PURPOSE: A system for controlling priority calls in a wireless communication network is provided to maintain main data records relating to every failed call from mobile stations by a mobile station switching center, so as to manage a group of base stations in every base station service area. CONSTITUTION: PACA(Priority Access Channel Assignment) controllers(201,202) receive the first message from the first BS(Base Station). The message indicates that the first BS is incapable of performing a service relating to an unprocessed call from a selected MS(Mobile Station) of many MSs. The PACA controllers(201,202) assign a priority display relating to the unprocessed fail call. A memory(242) stores the priority display. When the second BS receives the second message, a time stamp controller(241) responds to the receiving process. The second message indicates that the selected MS receives a service from the second BS. The time stamp controller(241) transmits the priority display to the second BS, and makes the second BS maintain a priority of the unprocessed failed call related to more than one pre-generated unprocessed failed calls. The pre-generated unprocessed failed calls receive services from the second BS. The second BS maintains the priority by using the priority display.
