PURPOSE: Waterproof structure for a power supply unit is provided to stably connect power between a power cord and an inlet socket by preventing water permeation in case of separating the power cord of a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A power coupling unit comprises an inlet socket(110) molded in one side of a microwave oven as a hood; a power cord plug(100) inserted into the inlet socket; a power cord separately molded from the microwave oven; an outer circumference rib(102) extended downward to cover the inlet socket on the lower outer circumference of the power cord plug; and a lower rib extended downward on the upper outer circumference of the inlet socket corresponding to the lower portion of the outer circumference rib. In this structure, the inlet socket is protected from water by the outer circumference rib and the lower rib.
