PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce magnet-attractive concrete capable of temporarily fixing a leaflet, paper for memorandums, or the like, to the surface with a magnet. SOLUTION: This concrete comprises a fine powder having a 0.1-2μm average particle size, such as fumed silica or silica dust, a powdery and/or fibrous ferromagnetic material, cement, aggregate, water, and the like, wherein the ferromagnetic material contains at least one metal selected from iron, nickel and cobalt, ferromagnetic alloy or amorphous ferromagnetic alloy; preferably, the concrete also contains another powder having a 5-50μm average particle size, such as silica stone or limestone powder; and further preferably, the concrete has a 300-1,300 kg/m3 powder content and a <=35 wt.% water/powder ratio.
