PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scan a large volume range of an inspection object by swinging an X-ray source and a detector while vibrating these around the system axial line, and arranging the X-ray source, the detector and a bed device so as to be linearly and mutually relatively displaceable at least in the direction of the almost system axial line. SOLUTION: A C arm 7 for arranging the X-ray source 8 and the detector 9 in two positions opposed in the diametrical direction is swingingly arranged over an angle range of the size of a 180 deg. + fan angleγin both directional arrowαdirection along the peripheral edge to scan the volume of a patient P by image pickup of two-dimensional projection from mutually different projection anglesα. This swinging is performed by periodically vibrating the X-ray source and the detector, and in that case, a bed device 11 is dislocated parallel to the direction of the system axial line Z.
