PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem caused by mounting a crossover wall panel extending across a plurality of building units. SOLUTION: This unit building 1 constituted by jointing a plurality of building units 3-5, 7-9, 11-13 comprising walls and floors has at least two building units 7-9 provided at the side faces thereof with no-wall areas 26, at an upper floor part 6, and these building units 7-9 are adjacently arranged so that the no-wall areas 26 are arranged on the same straight line. A crossover wall panel 27 of plane shape is provided across the no-wall areas 26 of the building units 7-9.
