PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure excellent in strength and reliability by arranging a beam joining part projecting in the same width as a flange of a beam member on the tip of a beam connecting member continuously connected to the outer periphery of a ring-shaped joining member capable of being installed on the outer periphery of a column member. SOLUTION: A flange 15a of a beam member 15 is placed in a beam joining part 13a on the tip of a beam connecting member 13 of a diaphragm 10, and a column member 11 and the beam member 15 are joined by welding a welding groove 13b and the flange 15a. Thus, the beam joining part 13a on the tip of the beam connecting member 13 of the diaphragm 10 and the flange 15a of the beam member 15 are welded in a mutually equal width and width unchanged part to avoid stress concentration on a welding part 19. Since the welding part 19 is positioned in a mutually equal width and unchanged width part of the beam joining part 13a and the flange 15a, welding workability is improved. The welding groove 13b is formed on the tip of the beam joining part 13a of the diaphragm 10 to improve reaching performance of a welding arc.
