PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a part with an irregular surface by which bubbles are not entrained when an ionizing radiation-curd resin is applied to a mold having an irregular pattern and the deterioration of production efficiency is hardly expected. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a part with an irregular surface comprises the procedural steps of a process such as the step to apply a first ionizing radiation-cured resin 1 of a finely atomized form with an average particle dia. of 10-50μm on the face of a mold 6 with an irregular pattern, the step to superpose the face of a second ionizing radiation-cured resin 2 of a base material sheet 7 to which the second ionizing radiation-cured resin 2 is previously applied on the face of the first ionizing radiation-cured resin 1 applied on the mold 6 and laminate the first ionizing radiation-cured resin 1 and the second ionizing radiation-cured resin 2 together by pressing the resin faces through the base material sheet 7, the step to irradiate the first ionizing radiation-cured resin 1 and the second ionizing radiation- cured resin 2 with an ionizing radiation by means of an ionizing radiation emitting device 5 to cure the resins 1, 2, and the step to release the layers of the first ionizing radiation-cured resin 1 and the second ionizing radiation-cured resin 2 from the mold 6 together with the base material sheet 7.
