PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a sink hard to be stained and prevent stains from sticking to a water faucet fitting portion, the surrounding of an overflow opening and the surrounding of an drainage opening by setting the roughness of the surface of a glaze layer around a water faucet device at less than a specified value with a tracer type surface roughness tester. SOLUTION: The washstand is provided with a washbowl body 1, on the surface of which a glaze layer is formed, a water faucet device 2 arranged in a manner that allows it pour water on the bowl face 4, an overflow opening 3 arranged on the bowl face of the washbowl body 1 and a drainage opening 4 arranged on the bowl face, and the washbowl body 1 is fixed above a cabinet 5.
