PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for eluting a fluorinated emulsifier bonded to an anion exchange resin. SOLUTION: A resin is brought into contact with a mixture consisting of (a) water, (b) a compd. represented by M-X (wherein M is alkali metal ions or 1-4C alkyl ammonium ions and X is a hydroxyl group, fluoride or chloride) and (c) at least one kind of an org. solvent perfectly dissolving the components (a), (b) and providing an anion X- in an amt. sufficient to elute an emulsifier from an anion exchange resin. |
