PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded article of higher accuracy while enhancing moldability by reducing the lowering of accuracy or lowering of a molding cycle caused by the uneven temp. distribution in the molded article generated after a slidable cavity piece is separated from the resin in a mold. SOLUTION: A mold 10 having at least one or more transfer surface and the slidable cavity piece 11 provided to at least one or more surface of a non- transfer surface are provided and, after a molten resin is injected and charged in the mold 10, the cavity piece 11 is separated from the resin during a period cooling the resin to temp. below the softening temp. thereof to form a gap 15a between the cavity piece 11 and the resin and, after a predetermined time, the cavity piece 11 is moved and the gap 15a is reduced to form a gap 15b. |
