PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device for roughly washing diapers for a bedridden old person or the like. SOLUTION: This auxiliary device 1 has a flange part 3 protruded on the outer surface of a cylindrical body 2 to be placed on the edge part of a toilet stool 6. As a diaper 7 is held by hand, water is sprayed from a hose 9 toward the diaper 7 inside the cylindrical body 2. As excrement attached to the diaper 7 drops into the toilet stool 6, a flush lever is operated to give a toilet a flush, so the excrement is sent to a drainage. Since the flange part 3 is provided, contaminated water in the toilet stool 6 can be prevented from scattering around in roughly washing the diaper 7 in the toilet stool 6, thereby it can be roughly washed with relief.
