PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a front cover and a rear cover from a hot water suction pipe and a hot water discharge pipe for cleaning outside a bathtub by making at least one suction means operate to a position behind the rear cover and where the bathtub is opposite to the wall thereof and a position away from the wall. SOLUTION: When attaching and removing, firstly the prefilter case front of a hot water suction and discharge unit 1 is removed, and a strainer is taken out. Subsequently the engaging portion 3a of a front cover 3 is released so as to removing the projection 2c of a rear cover 2, and taken out by guiding downward as if to remove from the claws of the rear cover 2. Subsequently, a hot water suction pipe 4 and a hot water discharge pipe 5 are released from the rear cover 2. As the rear cover 2 is made free from other parts, one side of a suction cup unit 11 is removed and then rotated in the direction away from the bathtub wall and held. Therefore, when removing the other side, the side that has been removed is in the direction of avoiding the other side, so the suction unit does not stick to the bathtub wall again.
