PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly needle the highly elastic and slippery mucous membrane on the surface of the stomach wall without bleeding owing to the effect of ultrasonic vibrations. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic needling lifter has an ultrasonic needling unit 2 having a transducer 11 for transducing drive currents to ultrasonic vibrations, a needling probe 5 for transmitting the ultrasonic vibrations and a through hole 11B piercing through the transducer and the needling probe 5 coaxially with their center axes at the center. The ultrasonic needling lifter also has a lifting unit 3 which is comprised of a support thread 20 with one end fixed to the top of the lifting bar 21 and a staying bar 19 fixed to the other end of the support thread 20. The lifting unit 3 is disposed inside the through hole 11B in such a way that it can be inserted into the through hole 11B.
