PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by reducing impact noise generated when shifting a guide plate without the addition of members. SOLUTION: A damper member 10 is so constituted that a viscous liquid sump 10e is provided in a base part 10b, that a blade part 10d provided at one end of a rotating shaft 10c of a gear 10a is disposed in the sump 10e and that the blade part 10d is rotated against grease in the sump 10e to rotate the gear 10a. The damper member 10 is held in the almost coaxial state of a supporting shaft of a guide plate 12 and the center axis of the gear 10a of the damper member 10, and rotational force generated by a motor 6 is transmitted to the gear 10a.
