PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig capable of lifting work for a foundation concrete block without the need for applying a wire to the foundation concrete block. SOLUTION: This foundation concrete lifting jig 1 of rectangular contour having an inner size larger than the outer size of a foundation concrete block is rectangularly assembled with steel materials 2 and steel materials 3. A pair of opposed steel materials 2 on one hand can be vertically bent at or near their centers and a pair of steel materials 3 on the other hand are provided with wire lifting portions 4. Elastic bodies (for example, rubber plates 6) are set inside the steel materials 3.
