PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure delivery and winding of a transfer tape by suppressing a phenomenon of creep occurring between a pancake and a large gear and to improve the operability in assembling by reducing the number of components constituting a coating implement. SOLUTION: A pancake 6 constituting a transfer tape delivering-winding mechanism 5 and formed by winding an unused transfer tape 8' on a core 7, and a large gear 12 having a plurality of elastic engaging pieces 15 which are provided at the center and can be opened radially, are fitted axially on a pancake stem 10 provided upright in the main body 2' of a coating implement and having projecting thread edges 14 provided at opposite positions. Then the elastic engaging pieces provided at the center of the large gear are opened outward by the projecting thread edges of the pancake stem and, therefore, they are fitted with pressure intermittently on the inner wall surface of a collar of the pancake. Accordingly, the pancake and the large gear interlock integrally with each other, while a fatigue brought about between the pancake and the large gear is reduced and so a force of friction is not decreased. Thus, a phenomenon of creep is prevented and a transfer tape can be delivered and wound smoothly.
