PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of a heat insulating material and assembly man-hours by dividing a unit case for housing a cooling and heating heat exchanger into right and left both sides and a lower side, and arranging a guide plate on an intermediate part of a lower case part, and arranging front and rear both ends of the lower case part to a specified position. SOLUTION: Air led into a unit case 1 is passed an evaporator 5, and branched at an air mix door 12. The branched air is circulated to a cold air bypass passage 18 bypassing a heater core 6 as well as circulating to a warm air passage 19 through the heater core 6. After that, they are joined at an air mix chamber 8, and are blown out from def and foot both blow-out openings 10, 11. In this case, a guide plate 16 is disposed on a lower case part 4 of the unit case 1, and a cold air space C formed between the guide plate 16 and an evaporator 5 and an in-car space are separated from each other by only a side surface part of the lower case part 4. Accordingly, a zone where dew condensation is generated is contracted, and the number of parts which are necessary for insulating heat are reduced.
