PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment without using a solvent, to reduce the man-hours, and to stabilize quality. SOLUTION: This flexible tube polishing machine comprises a support mechanism to support a flexible tube 17 in a state to pull it in the direction of a major axis and rotate the flexible tube 17 around its axis; a moving table 18 with which a polishing machining having a polishing belt 32 rotated approximately in an oval shape is brought into contact from a direction vertical to the axis thereof and moving the polishing machine in a axial direction; a polishing mechanism to polish the outer surface of the flexible tube 17; and steady rests 34 and 35 disposed on both sides in an axial direction with the polishing mechanism nipped therebetween and supporting in a loosely fitted-in state the flexible tube 17 and preventing oscillation of the vicinity of the polishing part of the flexible tube 17. |
