PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a wax-free stick. SOLUTION: The objective composition is a wax-free solid composition containing at least one coloring material and a liquid continuous fat phase comprising at least one polymer having an average molecular weight of from 1,000 to 30,000 which has (a) a polymer backbone having a hydrocarbon repeating unit having at least one hetero atom and (b) at least one suspended aliphatic chain and/or at least one terminal aliphatic chain which has from 12 to 120 carbon atoms, is optionally functionalized, is bound to the above- mentioned unit and accounts for from 40 to 98% of the total number of the hetero atoms and the aliphatic chain units. The coloring material, the liquid fat phase and the polymer comprise a physiologically acceptable medium.
