PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process an outer peripheral terminal of a skin material in excellent outward appearance and to prevent peeling of the skin material due to catching of a foot in the outer peripheral terminal of the skin material by molding a rib at an outer peripheral edge of an upper surface in a floor board main body and making the outer peripheral terminal go along the inside of the rib. SOLUTION: In a basic structure for a floor board, the skin material 36 such as a carpet is adhered in a state that the surface of an integrally molded floor board main body 31 is covered. At an outer peripheral edge of an upper surface in the floor board main body 31, a rib 38 is integrally molded and an outer peripheral terminal of the skin material 36 is made to go along the inside of the rib 38. By this constitution, the outer peripheral terminal of the skin material 36 can be processed in excellent outward appearance and peeling of the skin material 36 can be prevented due to catching of a foot in the outer peripheral terminal. The height of the rib 38, that is, a dimension from the surface of the floor board main body 31 to an upper surface of the rib 38 is set almost equal to thickness of the skin material 36.
