PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for filling an injector cylinder and/or providing a plug into the injector cylinder for preventing a damage to the cylinder or the like. SOLUTION: This device has a cylinder sleeve 3 that is disposed at a receiving head section 4 and can be inserted into a shaft direction of an injector cylinder 1. The injector cylinder 1 is filled through the cylinder sleeve 3 and a plug 2 put between an internal section of the cylinder 1 is provided. A centering sleeve 5 moveable to the shaft direction is coaxially provided to the cylinder sleeve 3. The sleeve 3 has a tapered centering surface suitable to a front surface of the injector cylinder 1 at an end opposing to the injector cylinder 1. A free end of the centering sleeve 5 is at least slightly projected from the end of the cylinder sleeve 3 at a starting position.
