PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject inducing agent having excellent expression inducing effect of a deconjugate protein and useful as a medicine, beverage or food, etc., by using a diacylglycerol as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This agent comprises a diacylglycerol as an active ingredient. Furthermore, for example, the above diacylglycerol is preferably obtained by subjecting glycerol to partial esterification reaction with a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid. It is preferable that a formulation ratio of the diacylglycerol in the inducing agent is generally 1-100%, 30-90% when used as a medicine and 1-80% when used as beverage or food and a daily dose of the diacylglycerol is about 10-25% and an excipient, a disintegrator, a binder, a lubricant, a surfactant, etc., generally used are added according to the form as a medicine to the agent. |
