PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a roof unit of a ridge changing part without arranging a downward projecting bearing wall in a just under building unit by arranging a wall upper than picture rail and a wall receiving girder in the roof unit of the ridge changing part. SOLUTION: A roof 5 of a unit building 1 is composed of the orthogonal ridges M1, M2 and the discontinuous ridge M3, and a roof unit Y has the discontinuous ridges M2, M3. A wall upper than picture rail 7 and a wall receiving girder 8 are arranged in an end part of a roof material 6 of this roof unit Y to be supported by wall panels 42, 42 of a lower floor unit building 4. The wall upper than picture rail 7 constitutes a boundary wall part 72 between an outer wall part 71 exposed as an outer wall and an adjacent roof unit Y1, and is formed by arranging a vertical frame such as a structural standard wood on a hard chipping cement plate, and acrylic elastic paint is painted on an outdoor side surface of the outer wall part 71. Thus, the roof unit Y of a ridge changing part can be supported without forming a downward projecting bearing wall by arranging a beam in the building unit 4.
