PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin holder. SOLUTION: This holder includes a back sheet 12. The back sheet 12 is jointly provided with a bottom sheet folded freely extensible. The bottom sheet is jointly provided with a front sheet 22. The front sheet 22 is jointly provided with a flap 26 having elasticity. The width L1 of the flap 26 is formed shorter than the width L2 of the back sheet 12. On the opposite side of the bottom sheet of the back sheet 12, a cover sheet 30 is jointly provided. Both sides of the back sheet in its width direction and the front sheet are jointly connected with a side sheet 36. The side sheet 36 extends along the main face of the back sheet 12 together with the front sheet 22 when nothing is stored between the back sheet 12 and the front sheet 22, and when an item is stored, the sheet 36 forms a gusset parting from the back sheet 12 in the thickness direction owing to the thickness of the item.
