PURPOSE: Provided are a protease of HCV, its coding DNA, an expression vector containing the DNA sequence and a transformant transformed with the vector. Also, provided is a manufacturing method of HCV protease by culturing the transformed E. coli. CONSTITUTION: An HCV protease or a fused protein fused with ubiquitin includes amino acid sequence as described in fig. An expression vector ptrpH-UB-PRO contains DNA including the HCV protease coding nucleotide sequence. A transformed E. coli is prepared by transformation with the expression vector and cultured to manufacture HCV protease.
