MICRO PIEZOELECTRIC LINEAR MOTOR CAPBLE OF REDUCING HIGH-FREQUENCY NOISE

A micro piezoelectric linear motor for removing high-frequency noise is provided to remove a displacement component of noise of a high-frequency component outputted from a piezoelectric device and to have desired output displacement with respect to desired input. A micro piezoelectric linear motor for removing high-frequency noise includes a driving unit, a moving shaft(140), and a moving unit. The driving unit has piezoelectrics(131~133) and a plurality of damper layers(121~124). The piezoelectric is formed by stacking a plurality of piezoelectric material and generates vibration in a stacking direction of the piezoelectric material. The damper layer is stacked together with the piezoelectric and removes noise. The moving shaft is installed at one end unit of the driving unit as one body. The moving unit is installed at the moving shaft and moves front and rear by the vibration of the driving unit.
